SHIPPING FAQ
At this time, we are accepting orders from the United States as well as international residents.
Our goal is to fulfill your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Domestic orders are typically shipped within 3-10 business days and can take several weeks to arrive. International orders are can take up to 12-60 business days to arrive.
For international shipments, customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. Hot Pony USA is not accountable for any fees charged by customs.
Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received.
